Flagging announcement in Flowscape Technology AB

Flowscape Technology AB (publ) ("Flowscape" or "the Company") hereby announces that Christian Kock has increased its holding in the Company and exceeded the flagging limit of 5 percent.

Prior to the share acquisition, Christian Kock's holding in Flowscape amounted to 4,97 percent of votes and capital. Following the acquisition of shares, Christian Kock's holding amounts to 5.17 percent of the votes and capital. The flagging announcement is published when the holding exceeds 5 percent, in accordance with Spotlight Stock Market's flagging rules.
