Flowscape reinforces the offering to the market for IT-based office solutions by merging with the progressive company Crowdsoft Technology. The deal is expected to be finalized at Crowdsoft's Annual General Meeting on December 20th.

Crowdsoft's C-One product provides businesses, governments and organizations with an intelligent solution for large-scale communications management. The system is primarily used to handle service organizations and security issues. A major customer is the largest hospital in Sweden: Karolinska Sjukhuset.

Flowscape has defined a clear vision of positioning itself on the market for what is called Workplace Experience Systems. Over the last few years, Flowscape has been able to observe that customers are requesting a system that supports the employee's operational and practical everyday lives more widely. In some cases it can be equated with the full service expected of a good hotel. In order not to increase staff costs for higher service levels, IT support is needed with a broad functional spectrum where communication, location awareness and collaboration constitute important building blocks. The C-One is thereby a strong and relevant reinforcement of Flowscape's current offering. The central unit of C-One easily becomes a helpdesk function and collaboration model for communication in defined workgroups, and also brings tools to produce mass communication messages.

"Crowdsoft represents a very important contribution to Flowscape's product portfolio to accelerate our offering towards a complete Workplace Experience System, thus moving us to a leading position in the market," said Peter Reigo, CEO of Flowscape.

Crowdsoft Technology is a public company. The joint company will therefore be listed on Aktietorget. Read the swedish pressrelease here: Cision: Crowdsoft går samman med Flowscape
