Flowscape receives large order from global company
One of Flowscapes large existing global customers extend their Flowscapes solution to the majority of their offices worldwide. This is an important solution to support their hybrid way of working and efficiently manage your office space based on office usage data. The order value for the first year is SEK 5.7 million (EUR 502,000) and thereafter SEK 750,000 (EUR 66,000) annually recurring revenue.
"We have had a very close and good cooperation with this customer over several years. With the new hybrid way of working, they like many other companies, have a challenge to manage when employees will be in the office and when they will work from home. The customers general policy is that employees can work 50% from home and are free to decide on what weekday they will be at the office. However, teams may agree to be at the office certain weekdays to enhance collaboration. To make this work both for the employees and for the company, Flowscapes hybrid planning solution, the Flowplanner is an important supporting tool. Efficient room booking is critical for the hybrid way of working as well. With over 8,000 bookable meeting rooms globally, it is not cost-effective to install room booking panels for all rooms. The customer instead chooses to roll out Flowscapes virtual room panel, jointly developed between Flowscape and the customer. The virtual room panel is a smart solution where users' mobile phones are used as a room panel when they touch an NFC tag or scan QR code outside the room. The same solution will also be used at the customer's over 70,000 workplaces. The virtual panel also provides data on checked-in rooms and workdesks. The customer has already launched Flowscape's smart office solution in several of its larger offices and currently has about 17,000 active users. With the expansion of additional user licenses, they are expected to reach over 40,000 active users. Main functions for the customer are room booking, booking of workplaces, sensors in meeting rooms , Flowplanner and data for the use of meeting rooms and workplaces.
