Flowscape wins contract with large Finnish company

A large Finnish company chooses Flowscapes smart office solution for its offices in Europe. The order value of the initial three offices amounts to EUR 147,000 (SEK 1,650,000) in the first year and there after EUR 64,000 (SEK 745,000) annually recurring.

The customer already had an existing solution from another supplier that they now chose to replace with Flowscape’s solution. The customer has more than 10 offices in Europe and the orders now received are for three offices. We have signed a framework agreement, which should lead to expansions during the year. This customer chose Flowscape because of our ability to deliver a very user-friendly solution in combination with the latest technology in smart sensors, which are used to get the best possible office usage data. It has been very important for the customer to be able to identify the optimal office sizes, and how the distribution of the number of rooms, workplaces and collaboration areas should be” says Peter Löfgren, Sales Manager Nordic at Flowscape.

The customer will install large parts of Flowscape's solution for the hybrid office. For example, sensors to measure the number of people in meeting rooms and to measure occupancy in their offices. Also our leading desk booking solution, room booking solution and room booking panels.
