Record date for reverse split of shares in Flowscape Technology AB
The Annual General Meeting of Flowscape Technology AB (publ) (“Flowscape” or “the Company”) on June 1, 2022 decided to do a reverse split of shares 1: 100, meaning that one hundred (100) shares will be merged into one (1) new share. The AGM also decided to authorize the Board to set a record date for the merger of shares. The Board has today, with the support of the authorization, determined that the record date shall be June 20, 2022.
Schedule for the reverse split:
The last day for trading in Flowscape shares before the reverse split is June 16, 2022.
The first day for trading in Flowscape shares after the reverse split is June 17, 2022, which means that the share price from June 17, 2022 will reflect the effect of the reverse split.
Shareholders do not need to take any measures to participate in the reverse split.
As a result of the merge of shares, the total number of shares in the Company will decrease from 1,959,112,955 shares to 19,591,129 shares.
As a result of the reverse split, Flowscape's share will change ISIN code. The last day for trading the old ISIN code is June 16, 2022. The first day for trading the new ISIN code is June 17, 2022. The new ISIN code for Flowscape's share is SE0018042046.
The shareholders will automatically receive a new, lower, number of shares in proportion to the holding on the record date. Shareholders whose holdings of shares on the record date are not evenly divisible by 100 will receive shares free of charge in order for the holding to be evenly divisible by 100. Provision of shares takes place through Euroclear Sweden AB, without further measures having to be taken by shareholders.
