First day of trading in FM Mattsson Mora Group’s Class B share on Nasdaq Stockholm

FM Mattsson Mora Group AB (publ) (“FM Mattsson Mora Group” or “the Company”) announces the results of the offer to subscribe for Class B shares in the Company through a new share issue in connection with the listing of the Company’s Class B shares on Nasdaq Stockholm (“the Offering”). The Offering attracted a great deal of interest, from both institutional investors and the Swedish public. The Offering was substantially oversubscribed. The first day of trading in the Company’s Class B share (ticker symbol FMM) is today, 10 April 2017.
