OLE SANDER NEW CEO FOR DAMIXA

Ole Sander has been appointed CEO of Damixa ApS and continues as CEO of Ostnor Danmark A/S. During the last year, Ole has held the post as CEO of Ostnor Denmark A/S. Previously he has worked as CEO of Schneider Electric Denmark A/S and Lauritz Knudsen A/S. Ole takes on his new role as of June 19, 2014 and becomes a member of the Group Management of Ostnor. ”Ole will play an important role in the process of developing our market position in Denmark and in the creation of the value proposition of our new and broader portfolio with the three brands FM Mattsson, Mora Armatur and Damixa.

Change of CEO in Ostnor AB

The Board of Directors in Ostnor AB has today appointed Claes Seldeby (43) new President and CEO. Claes succeeds Håkan Olson who has served as President and CEO, close to 6 years. Håkan has with great success managed an extensive change in company operations resulting in considerable improvements of operating profit and cash-flow.Claes Seldeby, currently deputy CEO and head of Marketing & Sales in Ostnor AB, was previously CEO at ProfilGruppen AB. Claes has an industrial background with several management positions at Schneider Electric in Sweden and Denmark as well as at AB Wibe in Mora.
