Follow the Camino, the World Camino Experts since 2006, is proud to announce the launch, on the 30thof March 2013, of the first ever Walking Tour and Pilgrimage on the Camino de Santiago with Yoga courses and no blocked dates!

Walk your blues away on a spiritual & inner journey on the Camino de Santiago with Camino Zen.

The Camino de Santiago is a medieval pilgrimage, inspiring millions of pilgrims through the centuries. It has also been a unique source of healing on all of those who walked it. Many pilgrims still use this pilgrimage as a way to balance their life, find some answers or simply take some time away from our over busy lifestyle. So we thought about bringing you a new way to experience the Camino, getting that plenitude or “Zenitude” we are all aspiring to.

Our first Camino Zen follows the last part of the French Way, from Sarria to Santiago, the very famous last 100km which allow you to obtain your Compostellana. As you walk the Camino Zen, the practice of yoga will help you reconnect and center yourself. Classes will include a balance of Pranayama (breathing techniques), Asanas (physical postures) and Meditation.

So Embrace yourself and Balance your life with our Camino Zen!

Who is this for?

We recommend this tour to Yoga enthusiast’s beginners or experts and anyone looking for an alternative to the last 100km of the French Way, the most popular section! It can be self-guided for yoga amateurs or experts with their own yogi, or we can arrange groups with our own yogi, as you prefer. So why not Follow the Camino Zen?
