Fondia Plc has received on June 14, 2024, a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act concerning substantial voting rights (hereinafter "the flagging"), according to which the number of shareholdings of Lamy Oy in Fondia Plc exceeds 10 per cent of all shares.
The flagging obligation applies to companies traded on the First North Growth Market Finland in a staggered transitional period following the amendment to the Act of April 19, 2024 (Act 163/2024 on amending the Securities Market Act). The flagging has been made in accordance with the transitional provisions applicable in connection with the amendment of the law and concerns the holdings in force at the time of the entry into force of the amendment on April 19, 2024.
