Fondia Plc provides preliminary information on its financial performance for the financial year 2024. Based on preliminary and unaudited information, the net sales for January-December 2024 were approximately EUR 25.6 million and the adjusted operating profit was approximately 5.2% for January–December 2024.
Net sales and adjusted operating profit for the financial year 2024 are in line with the updated outlook of 28 November 2024. Fondia estimated the net sales for 2024 to be EUR 25–26 million and the adjusted operating profit to be 4–6%.
Fondia Plc will publish its Financial Statements Release for 2024 on 13 February 2025 at approximately 8.30 a.m. EET. Fondia is providing preliminary information on its financial performance in 2024 to allow for more open commentary on the personnel changes announced on 22 January 2025.
