Cassidy Turley Negotiates Full-Floor 15-Year Lease at 399 Park Avenue
Firm Negotiates Lease Agreement and Tapped for Project Management for Leading Private Equity Firm
Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., negotiated a 15-year, 25,000 square foot lease on behalf of The Jordan Company at 399 Park Avenue. Cassidy Turley will also serve as project manager for the construction and move-in phases. The Jordan Company, a national private equity firm, is relocating from The General Motors Building at 767 Fifth Avenue. Cassidy Turley’s David L. Hoffman, Jr., Executive Managing Director, Principal served as tenant representative and Peter Turchin of CBRE and Adam Frazier of Boston Properties represented the building owners.
Mr. Hoffman has a long-standing relationship with The Jordan Company dating back to his work on the company’s 2008 office lease in Stamford, CT where Joe Yacovone, Senior Managing Director, of Cassidy Turley’s Project and Development Services Group handled the construction management. The Jordan Company’s decision to retain Cassidy Turley both for this transaction and project management is a testament to the quality of client service and effectiveness of Cassidy Turley to win repeat business.
“Our long standing history with The Jordan Company gave us unique insight into the company’s comprehensive needs from finding an appropriate Midtown location, to managing the custom build-out and move-in phases,” explains David L. Hoffman, Jr., Executive Managing Director, Principal, Cassidy Turley.
The Jordan Company (www.thejordancompany.com), founded in 1982, is a middle-market private equity firm with over $5 billion of committed capital under management and a 30-year track record of investing in and contributing to the growth of many businesses across a wide range of industries.
