Birgitta Johansson-Hedberg appointed President and CEO of FöreningsSparbanken At today's meeting the board of FöreningsSparbanken appointed Birgitta Johansson-Hedberg as President and CEO. Birgitta Johansson-Hedberg has a combination of both operational and board experience from a number companies within the information-, IT-, and service-sectors. In 1993 Birgitta Johansson-Hedberg was appointed President Director of Wolters Kluwer Scandinavia. She was a board member of Föreningsbanken between 1994 and 1997 and has been a board member of FöreningsSparbanken since 1997. Birgitta Johansson-Hedberg is also a board member of the Fourth Swedish National Pension Insurance Fund (vice-chairman), Lindex (chairman), Telia, Profilgruppen, Spira, Oriflame and the Internet companies Autobytel AB (chairman) and Knowledge World. Birgitta Johansson-Hedberg will assume her new post in conjunction with the Annual General Meeting April 12, 2000.
