Birgitta Johansson-Hedberg new chairman of the Swedish Bankers´ Association For the first time in the Swedish Bankers´ Association´s 120-year history, a woman has been appointed chairman of the Board of Directors. The new chairman is Birgitta Johansson-Hedberg, President and CEO of FöreningsSparbanken (Swedbank). Her period of office is two years. The new Board, which was elected today at the Association´s Bank Assembly, consists of the following members.
