FöreningsSparbanken (Swedbank) sells Luxembourg properties FöreningsSparbanken has today made an agreement with Luxembourg-based property company Grandamo S.A.R.L. regarding sale of the bank´s Luxembourg properties. Swedbank (Luxembourg) S.A has signed a lease agreement of the current disposed office space for 7 ½ years. The price amounts to LUF 403 M and the loss connected to the sale is covered by provisions made earlier.
