FöreningsSparbanken acquires Folksam's loan portfolio In a joint agreement in principle, FöreningsSparbanken and Folksam have today come to an understanding that the FöreningsSparbanken Group will acquire Folksam's loan portfolio which amounts to approximately SEK 3 billion. More than 90 percent of the loans are housing mortgages and other real estate loans.
