FöreningsSparbanken increases its holding in BGC Holding AB Today FöreningsSparbanken has reached an agreement to purchase 17 per cent of the shares in BGC Holding AB (Bankgirocentralen) from Nordea. As a result, FöreningsSparbanken will hold 29,2 per cent of the shares in BGC Holding AB. The acquisition will be carried out on condition of the approval of relevant authorities.
