The Board of Directors of FöreningsSparbanken has appointed Nils- Fredrik Nyblæus as the new deputy President and CEO from the Annual General Meeting on April 12, 2000, proposed by the bank´s entering President and CEO Birgitta Johansson-Hedberg. It is intended that Nils- Fredrik Nyblæus will be proposed as deputy member of the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting. - I regret Lars Idermark´s decision. He has played an important role in the development of FöreningsSparbanken. At the same time, I wish him luck in the new challenges that he will face in his new assignment. It is also satisfying that we can immediately replace Lars Idermark in his role as deputy President and CEO with CFO Nils-Fredrik Nyblæus, comments FöreningsSparbanken´s President and CEO Göran Ahlström. Lars Idermark will remain in the bank after the Annual General Meeting until June 30, 2000 to conclude his other duties in the bank. - It has been extremely exciting and rewarding to work for FöreningsSparbanken. There has been many demanding years which now start to show results and I have a very positive look of FöreningsSparbanken´s prospects for the future. Personally I have spent seven years of my professional life in banking, first in Föreningsbanken and then in FöreningsSparbanken in a very variable period. I feel it is right to accept the new challenges in the very expansive privatized healthcare sector where Bure is active both in Sweden and in Europe, comments Lars Idermark.
