Lundin Oil shares to be delisted In light of the acquisition by Talisman Energy AB, a wholly-owned Swedish subsidiary of Talisman Energy Inc., of over 97 per cent of the shares and voting rights in Lundin Oil AB (publ), on a fully-diluted basis, by way of a public offer, and Talisman Energy AB's commencement of compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares, Lundin Oil has applied for delisting of its shares from the Stockholmsbörsen with October 5, 2001, as the last day of trading. Lundin Oil's shares are also listed in the United States on Nasdaq in the form of Global Depositary Shares.
