Management changes in FöreningsSparbanken (Swedbank) and Spintab The FöreningsSparbanken Board of Directors today appointed Executive Vice President Bengt-Erik Lindgren to the Executive Management with responsibility for the Lending product area. The Board of Directors of the bank´s subsidiary Spintab appointed Mr. Lindgren at the same time President of Spintab. Bengt-Erik Lindgren succeeds Mr. Anders Borgcrantz as Head of the Lending product area and President of Spintab. Mr. Borgcrantz will leave the FöreningsSparbanken Group after mutual agreement. The changes will be effective as of June 1, 2000. Bengt-Erik Lindgren´s previous position is Head of the Central region of FöreningsSparbanken´s local bank operations. Prior to this position Mr. Lindgren has been Local Bank Manager of Västerås and regional credit manager.
