CONVERSION OF SHARES

One of the bondholders in FOE 02 2004/09 have
today converted NOK 1.000.000,- into 14.705 new
shares at NOK 68,-. The new share capital after
conversion will be NOK 1.228.415.980 divided
into 61.420.799 shares at par value NOK 20,-.
Correspondingly the nominal value of the
Convertible bond will be reduced to NOK
358.784.000.
