CONVERSION TO SHARES

Two of the bondholders have today converted NOK 290.000
into 4.264 new shares. The new share capital after
conversion will be NOK 1.214.852.520 divided into
60.742.626 shares at par value NOK 20. Correspondingly the
nominal value of the Convertible bond will be reduced to
NOK 404.801.000.
