Changes in top management Ivar Martinsen has been appointed Head of the Commercial Business Area. Ivar Martinsen, previously Head of Commercial Product&Underwriting in If, is 41 years old, is an engineer by proffession and has held a number of specialist and management positions in the commercial field in Storebrand and since 1999 in If. Ivar Martinsen will be a member of the Business Management Group and Group Management. Hannu Kokkonen, until now head of commercial, will continue as deputy CEO of the If Group and as CEO of If P&C Insurance Ltd (Scandinavia) and of If P&C Insurance Company Ltd (Finland), with strategic assignments supporting the CEO. The operations in the Baltic rim will continue to report to Hannu Kokkonen.
