Eva Cederbalk - responsible for e-commerce at If If - the leading property and casualty insurer in the Nordic countries - continues to raise its profile in the field of e-commerce. Eva Cederbalk has been appointed Manager for the development and co-ordination of e-commerce within If, and will become a member of Corporate Executive Management. She is currently President of If's subsidiary company DIAL Insurance. The financial services sector is undergoing rapid change. Business conditions have changed due to the new economy. There will be many opportunities to raise the quality of our services, to improve the quality to our customers and to change the business process. If will invest a great deal of effort in using these new conditions to create value for customers, staff and owners. The appointment of Eva Cederbalk means that If is setting a clear focus on the possibilities the new economy has to offer. Eva Cederbalk is a graduate in economics and business administration. Prior to becoming President of DIAL Insurance in 1998, she worked for many years within the SEB Group, where her management duties included developing the Internet Bank. Eva has also been head of the Sesam telephone bank and SEB Kort, as well as President of Eurocard AB. Fredrik Bergström has been appointed Acting Managing Director of DIAL.
