If Management changes If P&C is returning to the original structure of three business areas for Private, Commercial and Industrial clients. In connection with this, the business area management teams are restructured. Gunnar Rogstad, aged 46, is appointed head of Business Area Private. Gunnar Rogstad has been head of claims within Commercial since the formation of the company, and has 20 years of broad P&C experience. As a consequence, Knut W Francke, previously head of Private, is leaving If. "Knut W Francke has had leading management positions within Storebrand and If for close to 20 years. By virtue of his dedication and personal integrity, Knut has played a key role as head of Private and as a member of executive management. Knut W Francke is a well respected and motivating leader", says Torbjörn Magnusson, President and CEO of If. Hannu Kokkonen, deputy CEO, is appointed head of Business Area Commercial. He will also maintain the overall responsibility for the Finnish operations until these have been fully integrated into If. Anders Nordman remains as head of Business Area Industrial.
