Fortaco expands vehicle cabin capacity in Holic factory Slovakia

Fortaco Group, the leading strategic partner to the heavy off-highway equipment and marine industries, has started a capacity extension project at a vehicle cabin Business Site Holic in Slovakia. The investment will consist of a 4.000 m2 factory extension, an increased manpower of 90+ people and new equipment. Fortaco acquires paintshop in Janow Lubelski, Poland

Fortaco Group acquires from Alucrom the paintshop operation in Janow Lubelski. Both the plant and related machinery are included in the acquisition. The employees will be transferred to Fortaco. The paintshop facility of 2.000 m2 was built in 2014 and it is located next to the Fortaco´s existing factory in Janow Lubelski.   With this acquisition, Fortaco will increase its’ scope of offering for new and existing customers. Fortaco expands footprint and geographical presence with the acquisition of Rapp Zastava in Serbia

Fortaco Group, the leading brand independent strategic partner to the heavy off-highway equipment and marine industries, has acquired Rapp Zastava, a Serbian company providing winches and other solutions to the marine industry. Rapp Zastava employs 150 people. A modern factory, located in Gruza, has been built in 2014 with 10.000 m2 of production space. By this acquisition Fortaco is expanding geographical presence and offering in the marine business.
