FORTUM CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 28 JUNE 2024 AT 09.00 EEST

Nora Steiner-Forsberg, Executive Vice President, Legal, General Counsel, and Eveliina Dahl, Executive Vice President, People and Procurement, will leave Fortum latest at the end of 2024 to take positions in other companies.

“Nora and Eveliina have both played an integral part in building what Fortum is today: one of the cleanest energy generators in Europe. They have supported us with their very competent teams to steer the company successfully through unprecedented turmoil in our operating environment, and as part of the Leadership Team, they have overseen the company’s significant structural changes. I know them both as highly capable and experienced leaders. Due to their excellent contribution, Fortum is now on a really solid ground. I want to express my sincere gratitude for both and I wish them all the best in their future endeavors,” says Markus Rauramo, President and CEO of Fortum.

The recruitment of Nora Steiner-Forsberg’s and Eveliina Dahl’s successors will start immediately.
