Fortum concludes the divestment of its shareholding in AS Eesti Gaas

Fortum has today concluded the divestment of its 51.4%-shareholding in the
Estonian natural gas import, sales and distribution company AS Eesti Gaas.
Fortum announced on 23 February 2016 that it is selling its shareholding to
Trilini Energy OÜ. Fortum estimates to book a one-time pre-tax sales gain
totalling approximately EUR 12 million (currently corresponding to
approximately EUR 0.01 per share) in its first quarter 2016 results.
