Stig-Erik Haga, APA, appointed trustee in redemption procedure


On the application of Fortum Espoo Oyj, the Espoo District Court has appointed Mr
Stig-Erik Haga, Authorised Public Accountant, as the trustee to supervise the
interests of absent shareholders in the redemption procedure of the minority
shares in Fortum Espoo Oyj in accordance with Chapter 14, Section 19 and Chapter
16, Section 5 of the Companies Act.
