Fortum's President and CEO Tapio Kuula on sick leave
FORTUM CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 25 March 2013
Fortum Corporation's President and CEO Tapio Kuula has been diagnosed with metastasis of a malignant tumour in the medical examination of his upper arm pains during the weekend. The needed medical treatment and its duration will be decided on the basis of additional examinations. He will start his sick leave immediately.
During Tapio Kuula's leave of absence, Fortum CFO Markus Rauramo will assume responsibility for the duties of President and CEO.
