Fortum shares subscribed for with share warrants The following Fortum shares, subscribed for with Fortum Corporation's share warrants and paid to the company, will be traded on the Main List of the Helsinki Stock Exchange starting on 15 March 2007, together with the old shares. The above-mentioned shares are entitled to a dividend possibly paid for 2006 during the spring of 2007. The holders of these new shares are also entitled to participate in the Annual General Meeting on 28 March 2007 under the terms indicated in the notice to the shareholder's meeting.
