Sale of Inter Forward

The EU commission has approved Ratos´ sale of the Road Division to DanTransport Holding a/s in Denmark. The deal has now been completed and Ratos has received full payment. The sale is a step in Ratos´ strategy to be an investment company without wholly-owned subsidiaries. During May information was sent out that the sale of the Rail Division within Inter Forward was completed. In line with previously-provided information, the capital gain in the Ratos Group from these two sales amounts to approximately SEK 250M. Ratos´ net asset value has increased by approximately the equivalent amount. For the remaining Division in Inter Forward, Air/Sea, negotiations are in progress with regard to divestment of this Division also.
