Urban Jansson will resign as President of Ratos

A couple of days ago I informed the chairman of the board Sven Söderberg that I have decided to leave Ratos. It is agreed that I will remain in office until a new president has been appointed. I choose to resign as I consider it intolerable that I and the principle representative of the main owner, the chairman of the board Sven Söderberg, have a different view and opinion on Ratos redemption program. For me the redemption program is one of the corner-stones of the strategy to create shareholder value for Ratos´ shareholders.
