Foxway hires new Chief People & Culture Officer to strengthen growth journey
Foxway is embarking on a strong growth journey. As part of this, the company has invested in hiring a new Chief People & Culture Officer with extensive experience in building culture within fast-moving organizations.
“Foxway has grown significantly in recent years, making it even more crucial for us to establish a common value base, develop processes, and work with change management to ensure organizational development and engagement from our colleagues. Eleonor Öhlander will be a valuable addition going forward, and I am convinced that with her background and global experience, she will bring a wealth of knowledge and value to Foxway,” says Martin Backman, Group CEO at Foxway.
Over the past three years, Foxway has grown by 20 percent through both organic growth and acquisitions. The company's ambition to become the leading provider of circular services in Europe means that further acquisitions are expected to generate additional growth.
“It will be exciting to take on the role of Chief People & Culture Officer at Foxway and be part of the growth and transformation journey the company is on. The company has a strong value base and a clear sustainability objective. In my role, I will continue to ensure that we have a strong focus on people, inclusion, culture, and leadership to enable the company's continued transformation and global expansion. I look forward to building a value-driven and trust-based culture with my new colleagues at Foxway,” says Eleonor Öhlander.
Eleonor Öhlander has a long and broad background in both strategic and operational HR. With experience from organizations such as Kantar, Aon, and Enento, she is well-versed in leading organizations through growth and maintaining a strong M&A focus.
Eleonor Öhlander will assume the role of Chief People & Culture Officer on June 5, 2024.
