Fractal announces new partnership with RAD to promote mental health support for Gamers globally
Gothenburg, October 30th – Fractal is proud to announce its new partnership with Rise Above the Disorder (RAD), a global non-profit organization dedicated to revolutionizing mental health care towards gamers worldwide by making it universally accessible.
As a leading gaming company and proud advocate of gaming communities, Fractal is committed to championing mental health and making a positive social impact. This aligns perfectly with the aims of non-profit organization RAD. Founded by gamers, RAD’s mission is to provide universal mental health care. They want to eliminate the obstacles that prevent individuals from receiving vital treatment by covering the costs of therapy and connecting those in need with appropriate resources.
RAD's innovative approach to raising awareness and assisting people in accessing the mental health care they require resonates with Fractal's approach to gaming community engagement. Our shared presence on platforms like Twitch enables us to leverage the Fractal Creator Program network of streamers to spread awareness and support RAD's cause even further.
As a prelude to our partnership, Fractal served as the primary sponsor for a charity event held in September and October, benefiting RAD. During this event, Twitch streamers engaged in Minecraft competitions while simultaneously raising awareness and funds for RAD's critical initiatives. The collaborative effort was a resounding success, with Fractal contributing both financial support and giveaway packages. The Fractal Creator program also played an essential role, as several streamers joined in to champion RAD's cause.

Rise Above The Disorder (RAD) started in 2012 with the aim to help people access mental health care. The founder began this journey in the World of Warcraft community. RAD initially focused on connecting people with therapists but soon realized that cost was a major barrier to mental health care. So, they became a community-funded effort and have since covered the cost of mental health care for tens of thousands of people.
