Ola Nilsson is proposed as a new board member of Fractal Gaming Group
Shareholder Litorina IV L.P. in Fractal Gaming Group AB proposes before an Extraordinary General Meeting on July 22, 2021 the election of Ola Nilsson as a new Board member.
Ola Nilsson has over 25 years of experience from leading positions within the Electrolux Group and is currently Chief Experience Officer (Head of the Consumer Experience function) and Executive Vice President at Electrolux and a member of Group Management for Electrolux. He has previous experience from senior positions within Electrolux, including Head of the Home Care & SDA business area, Senior Vice President Product Line Laundry Major Appliances EMEA and President Small Appliances Asia Pacific.

Ola Nilsson is proposed as a board member in addition to the five regular board members Magnus Yngen (chairman of the board), Pernilla Ekman, Patrick Söderlund, Gustav Thott and Hannes Wallin. Thus, the proposal entails that the board will consist of six ordinary members.
The complete proposal will be presented in the notice convening the Extraordinary General Meeting.
