Shepherd Homes Invests in Hull
Hull, 27th November 2013 – Shepherd Homes, a housing developer specialising in luxury new homes in Yorkshire, has today revealed how it is heavily investing in Hull, following the progression of phase 2 at its local housing development, Newland Court.
Newland Court, located just off Cottingham Road, Hull, recently held a successful part exchange weekend to launch its new showhome, which involved a number of Hull businesses including; Hollyhocks, Boathouse Originals, Joshua Tree and Planet Coffee.
Following this success, Shepherd Homes has decided to further its investment in the City by becoming a Bondholder member. The Bondholder Scheme unites local business across Hull and the Humber and encourages networking and partnership amongst its members, which currently includes over 180 of the region’s most powerful organisations.

In addition to this, Shepherd Homes has also strengthened its team in the region by appointing Judith Ombler, a highly experienced sales executive at Newland Court and Liz Green, a sales director with over 20 years experience in the new homes market, who will be overseeing all of the Shepherd Homes housing developments across the region.
