CONFIE SEGUROS HOSTS FIRST ANNUAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE IN DANA POINT, CA
BUENA PARK, CA, November 23, 2011 – Confie Seguros, parent company of Freeway Insurance, Inc., hosted its first annual leadership conference last week in Dana Point, CA.

Under the leadership of John Addeo, CEO of Confie Seguros, Confie has been building its portfolio of regional auto insurance brokerages, and has annual revenues exceeding $180 million with over 300 locations.
For the first time since Confie’s inception, the company brought together 80 mid and upper managers/executives from 9 states to share their successes and understand their role in taking the company to over $500 million in revenue over the next 5 years.

Also, the National Speakers Association Hall of Fame-recognized motivational speaker Roger Crawford, and Chip Eichelberger, Tony Robbins’ international point man and creator of “Get Switched On” took part in rallying attendees.
