FREEWAY INSURANCE NAMES NORM HUDSON COO

BUENA PARK, CA, November 23, 2011 – Freeway Insurance, a leading provider of auto insurance and a subsidiary of New York-based Confie Seguros, announced today the promotion of Norm Hudson to Chief Operating Officer from his former position as President of Freeway California North.

Freeway Insurance and its related companies have grown to nearly 300 locations serving customers in Arizona, California, Nevada, Texas, New York, New Jersey, Florida, Washington and Oregon.  Freeway Insurance writes over $400 million in premiums annually. Prior to joining Freeway Insurance in October of 2010, Mr. Hudson served as President of Cost-U-Less Insurance where he began his career in 1997 and quickly ascended to become President in 2006. During his tenure, he expanded Cost-U-Less to over 80 locations throughout California by developing and refining back-end processes yielding improved profits for the company.
