FRIMA at Host 2015, Stand Z06 – Hall 09, Fiera Milano, October 23rd  –  27th   

This year FRIMA will be joining the 1700 exhibitors from more than 48 countries who make Host Milan the global hub for the professional hospitality industry. For its first ever appearance at Host, FRIMA will be showing the compact VarioCooking Center Multificiency 112T, the latest edition to the FRIMA family.

The 112T, a tabletop version of the full-size FRIMA VarioCooking Center Multificiency, is a multifunction cooking appliance, which allows chefs to boil, grill, fry, low temperature cook and deep fry, precisely and easily, all in one unit. It’s up to four times as fast, and saves up to 40% in energy, compared to conventional appliances.

Measuring just 962mm wide by 800mm deep and 400mm high, it has two 14 litre pans, giving it the same capacity as its big brother, the VCC 112. The 112T takes space-saving multifunctional cooking technology to a new level – replacing kettles, large pots, bratt pans, fryers and griddles, it saves 30% or more space in the kitchen.

Easy to use and with fully automatic cooking processes, there’s no need for monitoring and no chance of food sticking or scorching. It also gives the opportunity to reduce manual handling and the washing of heavy pots, which is good news for catering staff.

“The great thing about the 112T is that it offers maximum flexibility in a small footprint and it can be used anywhere,” says Graham Kille, managing director of FRIMA UK. “On a table, a work surface, a central cooking block or moved to where it is needed for event cooking.”

Visitors to stand Z06 – Hall 09 will be able to see the 112T and watch videos of it in action to get an idea of its capabilities and the vast array of cooking processes it can tackle. The larger VarioCooking Center 211+ will also be on display, so chefs and managers can compare and choose what will suit their operation.
