American standard selects viewlocity to integrate extended supply chain
AMERICAN STANDARD SELECTS VIEWLOCITY TO INTEGRATE EXTENDED SUPPLY CHAIN e-Business Software to be used at 116 American Standard Locations Worldwide ATLANTA, GA, October 25, 1999 - Viewlocity, a global provider of e-Business solutions that empower online supply chain trading communities, announced today that it has signed an agreement with American Standard (NYSE: ASD), for use of its flagship software product, AMTrix. Viewlocity will play a significant role in American Standard's much-heralded ® Demand Flow Technology (DFT) manufacturing process by integrating the Company's proprietary DFT software and SAP's R/3, as well as other business- to-business e-Commerce applications.
