Announcement with regard to the upcoming year-end report In previous reports, Frontec has stated that demand for our eBusiness and Technical Services remains good. Based on the final figures compiled prior to the report, it has come to the attention of the Board of Directors that the weak market for eBusiness during the first half of the year, together with expenses for separating and restructuring the company's operations, had a greater adverse effect on profit than expected. The restructuring is progressing according to plan, and the expenses reported during the first six months are expected to have a positive impact during the latter part of the year.
