Frontec helps Ambio quality assure properties On behalf of Ambio, Frontec has developed Focuz, an ASP solution that uses mobile handheld units to help Ambio's real estate planners effectively manage properties within their respective areas of responsibility. Ambio is a Swedish company whose mission is to help property owners improve efficiency and quality in the management of their buildings and other properties. This is achieved with Focuz, a business system that contributes to optimal operations by giving users mobile accessibility to information. Tenants can also communicate with the system, via the Internet, to report problems, for example. Ambio's customers include Vasakronan and the Swedish National Fortifications Administration. According to the agreement, Frontec will handle support for real estate management companies that use Focuz. Frontec will also manage Focuz and assist Ambio in implementing the system with new customers. This will allow Ambio to focus on the further development, marketing and sale of Focuz. "Ambio places great emphasis on strengthening relationships with its customers, which makes it important to ensure that implementation and support of the Focuz system is fully effective," says Björn Lindgren, President of Ambio.
