Viewlocity withdraws its registration with SEC Due to the volatility of the public capital markets, Viewlocity, Inc has determined not to proceed with the public offering contemplated by its Registration Statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exhange Commission. The Company applied for an order for withdrawal of its registration statement on Form S-1 on January 9,2001. The Registration Statement was originally filed with the Commission on August 11,200. The Company will continue to evaluate the public market environment.
