SFM President and Members Honored

Louisville, KY (May 11, 2012) – The Society for Foodservice Management (SFM) is pleased to announce that its president and two members have been identified as being among the most influential people in the non-commercial foodservice industry. FoodService Director’s inaugural list of the “20 Most Influential,” identifying those who have had the biggest impact on non-commercial foodservice, includes the following SFM members:

  • Barbara Kane, SFM President and Ecolab Vice President of Industry Relations
  • Andrew Shakman, Founder and President of LeanPath, Inc.,
  • Dick Hynes, Director, Consultant Services & Healthcare, Hobart Corp.
