Announcement in view of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting

On Friday 8th of June, the Board of Mandator AB received from DnB Nor and Skandia Liv a proposal for a new board of directors to be presented at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting on 19 June 2007.
