Report this content

The Court of Appeal has decided in favour of Mandator and has ratified the previous decision of the District Court to ratify the arbitration board’s decision to stay the company’s compulsory purchase proceedings.

Mandator is therefore not liable to redeem shares from shareholders who rejected the offer made during the merger between Mandator and Cell Network.

Protests against the decision must be filed with the Supreme Court no later than 17 July 2007.
