District Court Decides in Favour of Mandator in Compulsory Purchase Proceedings

The District Court has decided in favour of Mandator and has ratified the arbitration board's decision to stay the company's compulsory purchase proceedings. Mandator is therefore not liable to redeem shares from shareholders who rejected the offer made during the merger between Mandator and Cell Network. Protests against the decision must be filed with the Svea Court of Appeal no later than 30 November 2005.
