Mandator: Nominating Committee's New Board Proposal

Mandator AB's Nominating Committee has announced that it will propose that the AGM of 19 April elect Lars Harrysson to Mandator's Board as a new member. Further, the Nominating Committee proposes the re-election of Pontus Lesse, Helena Levander, Jan Rynning as Chairman of the Board, Jan Signell and Petter Stillström. Bo Dankis has declined to stand for re-election.

Lars Harrysson is a self-employed consultant with broad experience of the IT industry. Harrysson was employed by the WM-data Group for 25 years and in the years 1997-2001 he was CEO and Group President of WM-data AB. Between 2002 and 2005 Harrysson was CEO of INgroup AB. Born in 1952, he read mathematics, statistics, information processing and business economics at the University of Uppsala and Stockholm. Harrysson is also chair of the board of Strand Interconnect AB and a member of the board of Thalamus Networks AB.

The proposed board fees to be put before the next AGM total SEK 1,125 thousand, of which the chair is to receive SEK 375 thousand. The remaining SEK 750 thousand are to be divided equally between the other five board members.

Jonas Bergh, of the law firm Ashurst Advokatbyrå, is proposed to chair the AGM.

The Nominating Committee members are Jan Rynning (Chairman of the Board, Mandator), Bård Flatin (DnBNOR Kapitalförvaltning), Caroline af Ugglas (Skandia Liv) and Petter Stillström (Traction).
