Mandator: Proposal from the Nominating Committee

Mandator's Nominating Committee Proposes Election of Bo Dankis, Pontus Lesse, Helena Levander and Petter Stillström to Mandator's Board.

Mandator's Nominating Committee has informed the company of its intention to propose that the annual general meeting appoint six new board members at the AGM on 6 April 2006.

The Nominating Committee proposes the election of Bo Dankis, Pontus Lesse, Helena Levander and Petter Stillström as new board members and the re-election of sitting board members Jan Rynning and Jan Signell.

Eva Elmstedt, Torgny Eriksson, Niklas Flyborg and Lennart Svanberg have declined to stand for re-election.

Bo Dankis was previously president and CEO of the ASSA ABLOY Group. Bo was born in 1954 and has an MSc from Linköping University's Institute of Technology.

Helena Levander is a partner at Nordic Investor Services. Helena has previously been CEO of NeoNet Securities and has held several key positions at Odin Forvaltning, Nordea Asset Management and SEB Asset Management, among others. Helena is a member of the boards of Bure Equity, Nordic Investor Services, SEK (Svensk Exportkredit), SBAB and Transatlantic. Helena was born in 1957 and has an MA in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Pontus Lesse was previously president of the Unibet Group. Pontus was born in 1954 and has an MSc from Linköping University's Institute of Technology.

Petter Stillström is CEO of Traction. Petter has previously worked within corporate finance. He is a member of the boards of JC, Softronic and Traction, among others. Petter was born in 1972 and has an MA in economics.

The members of the Nominating Committee are Bård Flatin (DnBNOR Kapitalförvaltning), Leo Gillholm (appointed by Aktiespararna), Torbjörn Gunnarsson, Jan Rynning (Chairman, Mandator) och Caroline af Ugglas (Skandia Liv).
