Mandator AB (publ): Interim report for the period January - September 2003

* Considerably improved earnings for the third quarter with profitability in September
- EBITA improved by SEK 72 million compared to the third quarter of 2002
- Improved earnings compared to the previous quarter despite seasonal variations
- Sales during the third quarter: SEK 85 (142) million
- EBITA third quarter: SEK -5 (-77) million
This includes costs of SEK -3 for previously decided cutbacks

* Continued improvements in all key ratios
- Compared to the third quarter of the previous year:
Sales per employee increased by 4%
Utilisation rate increased by five percentage points to 66%
Parent company costs more than halved

* Increased specialisation and proprietary concepts result in new orders and more extensive partnerships
- New important orders for the proprietary CENIT concept within project management and the specialist units ComTest (for test systems for engines) and GroupTech (group software).
- Mandator selected as Recommended Microsoft Certified Partner with a focus on infrastructure, mobility, portals and project management
- Renewed agreements with the Swedish Agency for Public Management, the Swedish National Rescue Services Agency and the Swedish National Road Administration among others

- Profit/loss after tax SEK -78 (-206) million
- Earnings per share SEK -0.90 (-1.10)
